No additional fees are charged on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings or account balance:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Standard requests are processed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (may vary depending on account level).

All bets placed on Bolbet are subject to the general rules below. Additional rules may apply for specific sports or events.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• Results are determined automatically based on third-party data feeds.
• Pre-match bets are voided if a match is cancelled before it begins.
• If a live match is abandoned mid-game, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.
• In cricket, if a result is determined by the DLS method, that result is considered final.
• Bolbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

If you dispute a betting result, you must contact support within 72 hours of the result being declared. Complaints submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Bolbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x).
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the bonus period expires.
• Each bonus can only be used once per account.
• The maximum single bet using a bonus is generally limited to ৳500.
• At least one bet must be placed from the original deposit before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bolbet and will result in account termination:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system.
• Accessing another person's account without their permission.
• Bonus scheming or promotion abuse.
• Participating in match fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

If suspicious activity is detected, Bolbet may freeze the account and withhold payments until the investigation is complete.

Bolbet may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• For issues arising during identity verification.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users are usually notified by email before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Bolbet will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• For bets lost due to an internet connection failure.
• If results are revised due to errors in third-party data feeds.
• For any loss resulting from access via an unauthorized device.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance or system upgrades.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

Bolbet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified at your registered email address before any significant changes take effect.
• The "Last Updated" date on the website will reflect the changes.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
